• Supported links: If you submit a supported video link (such as YouTube), we process the link at your request and may temporarily process the audio stream needed to generate outputs.
• Support communications: Information you provide when contacting support, including message contents and troubleshooting details.

Information collected from services and partners

• Payment and billing metadata: Payment processing is handled by LemonSqueezy. We do not store full payment card numbers, but may access limited billing metadata available through payment tooling.
• Email delivery metadata: We use Firebase-related infrastructure for email delivery and may receive delivery or interaction signals.
• Usage and device data: Log and telemetry data such as timestamps, feature interactions, browser or app version, and approximate device/network diagnostics for reliability and abuse prevention.

• Transcripts and notes: Retained until you delete them or delete your account.
• Export: You can export available content from your account tools to your own device.

Nvoice is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
